About The Wellness Diva, Cat Stephens
With 20 years experience in the fitness field, and a diploma in Fitness and Lifestyle management from George Brown College Canada, Cat has been passionate about women’s health and wellness for many years. Her own fitness journey has not always been an easy one. Struggling through her childhood years being overweight, and later overcoming eating disorders she has been inspired to help empower women by building healthy sustainable lifestyle habits. This includes educating women about the mind & body connection utilizing a science-holistic approach. Through ‘The Wellness Diva’ platform, she has built a community where women can be motivated to achieve and maintain their best healthiest lives.
